Maintain, install & troubleshoot, Dell Desktops, Macs, Avaya Phones, & Office Printers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, knowledge of MS Office & Windows 7 required.
Experience supporting desktop systems in an Active Directory / Exchange environment required.

Summary:
The IT Help Desk Technician on Crown's high caliber team of IT Professionals resolves technical problems, answers queries by telephone and email in support of internal computer hardware, software, network including telecommunications systems.
He/she diagnoses, identifies, isolates, analyzes, and resolves problems.
Maintains and updates help desk tickets.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Job Responsibilities :
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
May involve use of problem management databases and/or help desk system.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Other duties and projects suggested by the candidate as needed to improve, implement or bring new technology leaving your mark on Crown Awards Job Requirements :
Degree in Information Management Systems / Computer Science or equivalent IT knowledge.
Must have at least 1 year of experience supporting:
Windows 7, 10 OS environment, Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365.
Experience supporting Mac OSX a plus Basic Computer Hardware Replace / Repair Basic knowledge of network and its protocols Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required Conscientious self-starter and a strong team player Flexible to work rotating day/evening shifts Job Type:
